Currently licensed to practice in New York

I am a licensed and board-certified psychiatrist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and lead meaningful, fulfilling lives. My clinical work focuses on women’s mental health, including care for pregnant and postpartum patients, survivors of sexual and gender-based trauma, and individuals overcoming complex experiences such as homelessness or psychosis.

I currently practice in the outpatient setting at NYC Health + Hospitals, where I serve diverse communities. My roles include providing psychiatric care to survivors of sex trafficking and trauma, as well as consulting in a low-barrier primary care clinic for individuals experiencing homelessness. Previously, I worked with OnTrackNY, a program that empowers young adults newly diagnosed with psychosis to rediscover their potential and achieve personal goals in education, work, and relationships.

In my private practice, I integrate psychotherapy and medication management to support adults—particularly young and emerging adults—through life-changing experiences such as pregnancy, trauma, homelessness, and mental health conditions like Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, and Schizoaffective Disorder. My approach is grounded in the belief that every individual possesses unique strengths, and my role is to help patients uncover and harness these strengths to achieve their goals.

I bring a wealth of training and experience to my practice. I completed the Public Psychiatry Fellowship at Columbia University and my residency in General Psychiatry at The Mount Sinai Hospital. My educational journey began at Duke University, where I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy with a minor in Chemistry. Before pursuing medicine, I worked at a homeless services agency, an experience that deepened my understanding of systemic challenges and the resilience of underserved communities. I earned my medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine, where I was honored to receive the Cura Personalis Award for embodying “care of the whole person” and to be peer-nominated into the Gold Humanism Honor Society for compassionate care.

I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward wellness and personal growth. Together, we can create a path that aligns with your values and aspirations.
