Currently licensed to practice in New York

I am a dedicated psychiatrist in the midst of completing my residency in General Psychiatry at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. I currently work with adults 18 and older using a combination of medications and psychotherapy.

My passion and expertise lies in helping adults navigate and overcome struggles with Obsessive - Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Tic Disorder, other obsessional conditions and Anxiety disorders using psychotherapy and medications. My practice encompasses a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy and general Exposure Therapy. I’m well-versed in medication management. To me, a combination of  therapy, medications, lifestyle adjustments, and mindfulness training are all invaluable tools on the path to achieving your goals.

At the heart of my practice is a profound respect for my patients. I approach each individual with a deep sense of curiosity and an open mind, fostering an environment where you can feel heard, understood, and supported.

Before embarking on my psychiatry journey, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Business at Cornell University. My professional journey then took me to athenahealth, where I served as a product manager, focusing on the development of population health software designed to enhance patient well-being on a large scale. Subsequently, I earned my medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where I obtained a certificate in Healthcare Management, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. During my time there, I engaged in research projects and gained extensive clinical experience in collaboration with the Department of Psychiatry.
