Currently licensed to practice in New York

I am a licensed psychiatrist based in New York City, specializing in the treatment of adults 18 years and older through a tailored combination of individual psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.

My passion and expertise lie in helping adults overcome challenges related to Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Tic Disorders, other obsessional conditions, and Anxiety Disorders. I employ a diverse array of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and general Exposure Therapy. With a strong foundation in medication management, I integrate therapy, medications, lifestyle adjustments, and mindfulness training to support my patients on their journey to achieving their personal goals.

Central to my practice is a profound respect for my patients. I approach each individual with genuine curiosity and an open mind, creating an environment where you can feel truly heard, understood, and supported.

I completed my residency in Psychiatry at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, where I continue to serve as an Assistant Clinical Professor, providing telepsychiatry consultations in the emergency room setting. Before embarking on my psychiatry career, I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Business from Cornell University. My professional journey then led me to Athena Health, where I worked as a product manager developing population health software aimed at improving patient outcomes on a large scale. I later earned my medical degree from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania, where I also obtained a certificate in Healthcare Management, Entrepreneurship, and Technology. During my time at Penn, I engaged in research and gained extensive clinical experience in collaboration with the Department of Psychiatry.
