Currently licensed to practice in New York

Fluent in French and English
I am a licensed psychotherapist specialized in working with children, adolescents and adults. I offer individual, family and group psychotherapy. I work with both English and French speaking individuals. In my free time I also coach a young men's Rugby Team.
I believe in practical and solutions based approaches. I collaborate with my clients to identify and overcome barriers to growth, helping them build the confidence and skills needed to thrive both personally and professionally. My goal is to provide you with the tools and support to create meaningful and lasting change.

I am passionate about helping young men improve self-esteem, strengthening relationships, and address issues that are often underrepresented but deeply impact their psychological wellbeing. I am skilled in helping those with histories of trauma, abuse and unresolved grief (with a particular focus in sibling and parent loss). Other areas of expertise include ADHD, learning disorders and high-functioning autism.
I am currently accepting patients to join a psychotherapy group for LGBTQ+ identifying individuals where we foster a sense of community support to facilitate interpersonal growth and social justice.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University, where I gained valuable experience as an ABA provider for children on the autism spectrum. Since completing my graduate studies, I have worked in crisis intervention at The Justice Resource Institute, addressing a wide range of acute mental health challenges, alongside my ongoing outpatient psychotherapy practice. I also hold an undergraduate degree in health science from Boston University.
